Max & Rau are Professional Kizomba, Semba & Urban Kiz Dancers, and Kizomba Embassy Ambassadors for Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Both of them have been dancing for many years. Their kizomba dancing adventure together began in 2018 when they started their own Dance School “the Be Happy Dance School in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Max is a pioneer of the kizomba movement in Kazakhstan. His first official kizomba class was held in April 2011 in Almaty. From that moment on he became one of the most well-known kizomba teachers in the former USSR countries.
Max & Raushan are also well-known organizers of Kizomba Parties & Festivals in Kazakhstan
Since 2011, Max has been teaching internationally in countries including Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan & Germany.
Both Max & Rau are passionate about dancing and love teaching internationally. Their motto is that everybody can dance if they want to!
