ANNA VARDAXOGLOU

Anna Vardaxoglou – Professional Kizomba Dancer – Athens, Greece.

Anna Vardaxoglou is a Professional Kizomba Dancer and Teacher for eleven years.
She studied Physical Education and Sports Science at the Kapodistrian University of Athens with a specialization in Greek Traditional Dances and the Science of teaching dance. At the same time she obtained her diploma for Latin American and Ballroom Dancing.

She used to dance in competitions in the ten dance category for five years. After the competition era finished for her, she started to be more focused on Salsa, Bachata and especially Kizomba, even though she was already involved in these styles before.

Anna was one of the first who danced Kizomba in Greece, back in 2010. She has consistently spread her love for Kizomba all around Greece and has traveled and taught at many Greek cities.

She never stops learning and continues to improve her knowledge by training with other professional dancers worldwide. She teaches and performs at large international festivals in Greece and abroad. She is also the creator of KizoBomba Team and the organizer of the first Kizomba Flash Mob in Athens in 2018 as a part of World Kizomba Project.
