Frans Soenen & Sarah Amaro are Professional Kizomba Instructors from Brussels, Belgium. They have been dancing since 2008 when they joined the “Kizombalove Academy” and quickly grew as dancers and instructors of Kizomba and Semba.
Having completed the Professional Teachers Training Course for Kizomba & Semba Teachers under the guidance of Master José N’dongala, they began teaching in 2011. Since 2014, they have managed the Kizombalove Academy conferred to them by their Master José N’dongala.
In 2015, they started a new collaboration with Maria & Arnold from Germany known as The Avengers Group.
Frans & Sarah share their experience during their Kizomba & Semba workshops, boot camps, demos and shows at Dance Festivals worldwide. They are known for teaching Kizomba & Semba in a professional but also in a friendly and relaxed way.
Their artistic achievements awards includes a winning participation at Kizomba Benelux competition organized in Belgium in 2011. The 1st place during qualifications for the Great Briton Kizomba Competition in London in 2014.
They also won the Semifinal Africadancar UK in 2014. Lastly, they participated in Final Improvisation of Africadançar 2014 in Milan, Italy and at the Final Choreography of Africadançar in Milan, Italy they finished in Top Ten World’s Best Kizomba dancers.
